Information Notice on the Protection of Personal Data

This Information Notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") in order to inform data subjects who visit our website [www.turallaryapi.com.tr] ("Site") and/or contact us through the contact form, regarding the processing of their personal data by Turallar Yapı İnşaat Taahhüt ve Oto Kiralama Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Turallar Yapı İnşaat", "Company") in its capacity as data controller.

Cross-border transfers are made provided that the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK are met.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for the minimum retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. Once these periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art.11)

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed
To request information regarding such processing
To learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used for the intended purpose
To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
To request the deletion or destruction of your data within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
To request notification of these corrections, deletions, or destructions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
To object to any adverse outcome arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems
To request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of your personal data

8. How to Exercise Your Rights

You may submit your requests regarding the rights above, in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller:

Your application must clearly state your identity information and your request. Your requests will be finalized within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK.

9. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If your application is rejected, the response you receive is found insufficient, or your application is not answered within the time limit; you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority within 30 days from the date you become aware of the response and, in any case, within 60 days from the date of application.

10. Changes

This Information Notice may be revised in line with legislative changes and updates to our company policies. The current version takes effect as of the date it is published on the Site.
